Salon Policy

Please arrive on time, this may mean factoring in time for parking. Unfortunately we cannot extend your appointment time for late arrivals.
We strongly recommend booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. This guarantees your preferred booking time. As we enjoy a loyal and passionate clientele, last minute appointments aren't always possible.

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Afterpay card or Cash. NO SURCHARGE
Cosmetic Tattooing Terms & Conditions
​All appointments for Cosmetic Tattooing Procedures can be booked online.
Before making your appointment with Lucia please understand that a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. With 1 week notice prior to cancellation the deposit may be transferred to next appointment. However, it is not the artist’s responsibility to find you another spot. You will have to rebook through the online booking system.
We only allow a client to reschedule their appointment once.

If less than 48 hours notice given prior to your appointment in case you are unable to attend to your appointment we will require 50% of the full procedure price to be paid and an invoice will be sent.
If you need to reschedule a prebooked 2 month touchup please take into consideration we book 1 month in advance. So if you can’t make it to your first touchup appointment you may be then need to rebook in for a 3-12 months maintenance instead. Extra charges will apply.
​Late cancellations or no shows to promo package or gift voucher appointments will have a 100% cancellation fee.
When making an appointment, a deposit is required to secure your appointment.
​Please note also that cosmetic tattooing deposits cannot be transferred to another service if there is change of mind.
Child Safety Policy / Guests

As much as we love children, we hope you can understand that we cannot assure their safety in our salon. We also do not want to compromise the quality of your service. We ask that you attend your appointment alone.
We limit our treatment rooms for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.

GUARANTEE
Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards purchased at Luxury Beauty by Lucia are to be used within 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Running Late To Your Appointment
We request that all clients come at least 10 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any eyelash extension appointments.
If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accomodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we are always booked back-to-back and cannot compromise our next clients appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.
Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.

Touch Up Bookings
​
Second session touch ups - Touch ups are scheduled to ensure that we can get the best possible healed result. We understand that things may come up that may change the time frame of your appointment. Your second visit for your brows needs to be performed 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. A $50 surcharge will incur if you need to book outside of this time frame.
If you cannot have your touch up within 3 months - You will need to book back in for a first time appointment.
