Please arrive on time, this may mean factoring in time for parking. Unfortunately we cannot extend your appointment time for late arrivals.
We strongly recommend booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. This guarantees your preferred booking time. As we enjoy a loyal and passionate clientele, last minute appointments aren't always possible.
Cosmetic Tattooing Terms & Conditions
All appointments for Cosmetic Tattooing Procedures can be booked online.
Before making your appointment with Lucia please understand that a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, we respectfully ask for your cancellation call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged your deposited amount.
Late cancellations or no shows to promo package or gift voucher appointments will have a 50% cancellation fee.
When making an appointment, a deposit is required to secure your appointment, if no deposit is given the appointment will be held for 24 hours and given to the next client. There are no holds. Due to the demand we cannot reserve spots for more than 24 hours.
Please note also that cosmetic tattooing deposits cannot be transferred to another service if there is change of mind.
Child Safety Policy / Guests
As much as we love children, we hope you can understand that we cannot assure their safety in our salon. We also do not want to compromise the quality of your service. We ask that you attend your appointment alone.
We limit our treatment rooms for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards purchased at Luxury Beauty by Lucia are to be used within 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Running Late To Your Appointment
We request that all clients come at least 10 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any eyelash extension appointments.
If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accomodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we are always booked back-to-back and cannot compromise our next clients appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.
Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
Touch Up Bookings
Second session touch ups - Touch ups are scheduled to ensure that we can get the best possible healed result. We understand that things may come up that may change the time frame of your appointment. Your second visit for your brows needs to be performed 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. A $50 surcharge will incur if you need to book outside of this time frame.
If you cannot have your touch up within 3 months - You will need to book back in for a first time appointment.
Eyelash extension Servicing
New client appointments require 50% (lash full set) $30 (lash refill) non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. Your booking fee will be forfeited in the case of cancellation within 48 hours of appointment time. Booking fee will be carried over to rescheduled appointment if rescheduled before the 48 hours period.
All eyelash refill appointments require a $30 security bond (booking fee), which can be carried over from a previous appointment or paid at the time of booking. This is non refundable and can be used on an appointment or redeemed via gift voucher.
